The one-year Action Plan is an annual document that describes the City of Medford's Community Development Block Grant funded projects.  The Action Plan also describes community development related activities that will be conducted within the community between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010 to implement the five-year Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development 2005-2009.  The Action Plan was adopted by the City Council on May 7, 2009.

The following form is to be used by any individual, group or organization when they desire to use sound amplification, street closures, and/or parade on public property.  This form can be filled in online and then printed by the requestor for submission to the City Manager's Office.  For event approval, you may also need the Block Party Neighbor Approval OR Noise Permit Neighbor Approval forms.  Please contact the City Manager's Office at (541) 774-2000 for more information.
