MINUTES OF THE MEDFORD URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
Thursday, September 18, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 411 W. 8th Street, Medford with the following members and staff present.
Boardmembers Chris Corcoran, Daniel Bunn, Eli Matthews, Dick Gordon, Bob Strosser and John Michaels.
Boardmembers Gary Wheeler and Tim Jackle were absent.
Deputy City Manager Bill Hoke; Deputy City Attorney Kevin McConnell; City Recorder Glenda Wilson.
20. Approval or correction of the minutes of the July 17, 2014 regular meeting
There being no corrections or amendments the minutes were approved as presented.

60.1 RESOLUTION 2014-012
A resolution authorizing an Easement to allow permanent placement of improvements by One West Main, LLC onto parking garage property owned by the Medford Urban Renewal Agency.
Mr. Hoke provided a staff report and noted that the original agreement with One West Main did not include a waste receptacle location pending the design of the building. They now have the location and need an easement to utilize the location.
Motion: Adopt the resolution authorizing an easement to allow permanent placement of improvements by One West Main, LLC onto parking garage property owned by the Medford Urban Renewal Agency.

Roll Call: Boardmembers Bob Strosser, Daniel Bunn, Dick Gordon, Eli Matthews, John Michaels and Chris Corcoran voting yes.
Resolution 2014-012 was duly adopted.

80. Director and other staff reports
80.1 Boardmember Corcoran questioned the anticipation of future meetings of the Board. Mr. Hoke noted that as items necessitate Board review and direction, there will be meetings.
80.2 Boardmember Corcoran requested an update on the fountain repair on Park Block 1.
90. Propositions and remarks from the Board members, including committee reports
90.1 Boardmember Gordon spoke to running meetings consecutively with Council meetings to avoid gap in between the meetings.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 6:21 p.m.
