                 An ordinance authorizing execution of a Quitclaim Deed to sell two tax lots located on the west side of Portland Avenue south of East Main Street to Rogue Community Health for the amount of $146,510.
 
       70.2    COUNCIL BILL 2019-106
A resolution establishing a public hearing date for the vacation of a portion of excess right-of-way on Foothill Road, Normil Terrace, and High Cedars Lane, a Public Utility Easement and Reserve Strips in High Cedars Landing, Phases 5B, 6B, and 7B, within the SFR-4 (Single-Family Residential, four dwelling units per gross acre) zoning district.                      An ordinance authorizing execution of a grant agreement with the Housing Authority of Jackson County in the amount of $200,000 in 2019 Community Development Block Grant funds and an estimated $95,000 in program income for the Homeowner Repair Program.
