AN ORDINANCE approving an amendment to the Medford Comprehensive Plan, to adopt the Urbanization Plan for planning unit MD-4 into the Neighborhood Element for five tax lots located east of Foothill Road, north of Hillcrest Road, and south of McAndrews Road. Appellants and/or their representatives are limited to a total of 30 minutes and if the applicant is not the appellant they will also be allowed a total of 30 minutes. All other participants will be limited to 4 minutes.
For matters that are legislative or administrative and are not quasi-judicial, comments are limited to 4 minutes per individual, group or organization.
You are encouraged to submit written comments instead of testifying in person. If your written testimony is received by noon of the date of the meeting, you need not testify in person.
