                     A RESOLUTION ratifying the Mayor’s Administrative Order dated December 10, 2020, and in effect through March 1, 2021, for a Sixth Extension of a Local State of Emergency in the City of Medford as a Result of COVID-19 Pandemic.
         50.2    COUNCIL BILL 2020-156
                     A RESOLUTION setting the public hearing date and initiating annexation to the City of Medford for approximately 160.53 acres of property located west of North Foothill Road and east of McLoughlin Drive, together with the abutting public right-of-way along North Foothill Road.  The County zoning designation of Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) will be changed to the City’s SFR-00 (Single Family Residential-1 dwelling unit per existing lot) holding zone, along with the E-A (Exclusive Agricultural) overlay, and the two properties will be removed from Medford Rural Fire Protection District #2. (ANNX-20-267)
         50.3    COUNCIL BILL 2020-157
                     AN ORDINANCE approving a contract with Central Pipeline, Inc., in the amount of $1,004,080, to construct Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramp installations and replacements on various streets scheduled to receive asphalt overlays in 2021.
         50.4    COUNCIL BILL 2020-158
                     A RESOLUTION adopting the eighth Supplemental Budget for the 2019-2021 biennium, resulting in a $104,025 increase in appropriations for the 2019-2021 biennium.

                     A RESOLUTION adopting the current Investment Policy for the City of Medford.

A RESOLUTION approving and endorsing Resolution #2020-7 of the Medford School Board urging Oregon Governor Kate Brown to establish metrics that follow the science and to prioritize the return of all students in grades K through 5 of the classroom.

A RESOLUTION authorizing allocation of Council Vision Funds, in the amount of $842,210 for various community projects and programs.
