A RESOLUTION repealing Council Bill 2021-04 and amending the representatives appointed to voting positions as City representatives on certain boards, councils, committees and commissions.
50.2 COUNCIL BILL 2021-17
A RESOLUTION setting the public hearing date and initiating annexation to the City of Medford of approximately 37.5 acres located at the southeast corner of Garfield Street and South Holly Street. The Jackson County zoning designation of EFU (Exclusive Farm Use) will be changed to the City SFR-00 (Single Family Residential, one dwelling unit per existing lot) zoning district and the property will be removed from Medford Rural Fire Protection District #2. 50.3 COUNCIL BILL 2021-18
A RESOLUTION setting the public hearing date and initiating annexation to the City of Medford portions of properties to accommodate the planned widening of the following streets: North Foothill Road, running north/south from Delta Waters Road to Hillcrest Road; a portion of Delta Waters Road west of North Foothills Road (approximately 175 feet); and the future South Stage Road, running west of North Phoenix Road. The proposed annexations will impact a total of 15 abutting parcels currently located within Jackson County, and will include a total of 177,063 square feet (4.06 acres) of land. (ANNX-20-285)

AN ORDINANCE approving and awarding a contract with Pence Construction in the amount of $2,840,826 for pre-construction services for the Rogue Credit Union Community Complex, plus a fixed percentage of 5.38% of actual construction costs for construction management and general contractor services.
