The Site Plan and Architectural Commission consists of seven city residents, including one Planning Commissioner. The Commission’s duties include making quasi-judicial decisions on proposed development projects relative to architecture, landscaping, and site design. The meetings are held at noon in the City Council Chambers.


The Site Plan and Architectural Commission shall conduct its meetings in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order unless other rules are adopted by the Commission.

The Site Plan and Architectural Commission acts on the authority provided by Medford Municipal Code Section 10.110(H) through 10.110(K).
