	Flood Insurance ( 89.25 kb ) This community participates in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).  The NFIP makes federally backed flood insurance available for all buildings, whether they are in a floodplain or not.  Flood insurance covers direct loss caused by surface flooding, including a river flowing over its banks, a lake and local drainage problems.

	Medford Economic Market Analysis ( 1391.26 kb ) This economic market analysis is intended to address Medford’s economic development prospects currently and over the longer 20-year planning horizon.
