Human Resources Analyst - Responsibilities include assisting in the operation of the City’s comprehensive personnel program that includes a variety of duties including employee orientations, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA).
Sharon joined the HR Department in May 2003, promoted from a Secretary position in the Public Works Department. She has worked for the City since September 1998. Prior to joining Medford's staff, she spent 10 years as a pharmacy clerk in California; four years managing pharmaceutical contracts with hospitals in California and Ohio; and nearly 1 1/2 years as a marketing assistant here in Medford. Sharon is also a member of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources. She has completed the HR Certificate Program at Southern Oregon University.
