Type of Incident: Couple’s Home Burglarized While on Vacation

Date of incident: December 6th – December 16th, 2013

Location of incident: 3000 Block of Starwood Court, Medford

Case #13-25021

A couple in their 60s returned home from a 10 day vacation to find their
home burglarized. On December 16th, 2013, Medford Police officers
responded to the residence in the 3000 block of Starwood Court, Medford.

The investigation indicates that between December 6th and December
16th, unknown suspects forced entry into the home after breaking a
window. The suspects not only ransacked the home, but took several
thousand dollars’ worth of property which includes:

· Jewelry
· Golf Clubs
· Fly Fishing Gear
· Lap Top Computer
· Cameras
· Two Rifles
· Financial Records

Two vehicles were also stolen which are described as:

· Red 2008 Chevy 1500 Truck, License OR/ 025BWZ
· Grey/Green 2004 BMW 525i, License OR/ WQM777

The total loss is approximately $40,000. There is no suspect information
at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Medford
Police Department, 770-4783. Please see attached photos of the stolen
vehicles.
