Solicitation of Interest (SOI) # 17-018 CM - Carnegie Library and surrounding grounds
The City of Medford is soliciting proposals from qualified parties interested in entering into a lease agreement for the historic Carnegie Library and the surrounding grounds. The Carnegie is located at 413 W. Main Street, Medford, OR.

There will be a Mandatory Pre-proposal Walkthrough Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 2:30 p.m., local time.

There will be a Mandatory Pre-proposal Walkthrough Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 11:30 am, local time.
