Recreation Scholarship Application

To qualify for reduced rates or waived fees on various Medford Parks & Recreation programs, the child/family normally must receive food stamps, have the Oregon Health Plan for children or receive aid for dependent children.

In the event that the program you are registering your child for requests volunteers, you may be asked to become a program volunteer to help offset scholarship cost.

Please make your financial aid request at least one week prior to the start of the program. You must register in person if requesting a scholarship.

Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit one per family, per program.

The child/family must live within the Medford city limits or attend a school in Medford School District 549-C.
