Obtain Criminal Record


OBTAINING YOUR OWN CRIMINAL HISTORY:
A person may request a copy of a criminal history for themselves through the Oregon State Police Criminal History Section, located in Salem, Oregon.  This criminal check covers the entire state of Oregon.  You may obtain this form by clicking on the following PDF link:

If you are only interested in a local (City of Medford) records check, the Medford Police Department will do an adult criminal arrest record check.  The charge for this service is $10.00.  This service is available at the Police Information window, on the 1st floor of City Hall.




OBTAINING ANOTHER PERSON'S CRIMINAL RECORD:
A person may request an "Open Record Check".  This form is given out when someone wishes to check the background of another person.  Click on the link below to download the form.
