Special Events Permit

A Special Event Permit request will need to be submitted to the City Manager's Office if your event includes one or more of the followings:

  • Fifty or more event participants
  • Amplification (bullhorn, microphone, speakers, music, live band, etc.)
  • Service of Alcohol
  • Street/Sidewalk/Alley Closures

Please complete the packet below which directly relates to the type of event you are organizing.  If you are uncertain which packet to complete, or you have additional questions regarding the special events request process, you may contact the City Manager's Office directly at (541) 774-2000.
