The Vehicle Plate Registration System allows merchants to validate their customer's parking within the Parking Enforcement Area, for customers parked in off-street parking facilities.
Cost to Merchant:
Merchants will be billed for validations on a semi-annual basis. Validation is to be used for customers only. Internet access is required to use the system and it is also smartphone-compatible.
To sign up for the validation program please contact the City Manager's Office to request a registration form or download it using the link below. Complete the form and then fax, email or mail in for processing, which takes up to 5 business days. Upon completion of registration, the City will provide the merchant with a validation notice to place in their window and staff will be trained in how to use the system.
