Reservation fees are due at the time your event is placed on the Parks and Recreation Department calendar. Reservations are to be made and fees paid in full before continuing to complete any additional permits as outlined below. Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard. Make checks payable to City of Medford.
General Park Use -$50/3hr
Special Events - Fee depends on planned useEvents include groups expecting over 50 persons, walk/runs, those wanting to consider alcohol, amplifying sound or a public invited event. To help you have a successful event contact the department's special event staff person. They are here to help you find the right location, configure fees and guide you thru the permit and insurance processes. The Bear Creek Amphitheater and Pear Blossom Park Stage are prime examples of special event preferred locations.
