The Medford City Council held a hearing and adopted new stormwater regulations at the November 5, 2009 City Council Meeting. The new stormwater regulations will require stormwater detention facilities to be constructed for all development creating 5,000 square feet of impervious surface, or adding 1,000 square feet to an existing development that contains 4,000 square feet or more. Single Family Residences and Duplexes are exempt from this ordinance. The City Council also adopted the Rogue Valley Stormwater Quality Design Manual as a part of this ordinance.
