The Land Development Committee meets each Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. to review land use applications.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend so that any questions you or the utility company representatives have regarding the provision of utilities and connections can be addressed. This is your opportunity during this review to meet with all utility representatives and City staff present. Lack of coordination regarding utilities could delay approval of your project.
