This 24,000 sq. ft. facility has various stairs, irregular shaped ramps, narrow arches, corner ramps and more. Elevated platforms surround the two bowls which drop down a 7-9 ft. radius.
There is no charge to use the skatepark.
The facility is open during posted hours and subject to change due to adverse weather, maintenance, darkness, special events and scheduled activities.
Please follow these rules and requirements, they are to help assure that skateboarders and rollerbladers of all ability levels have a safe and positive experience.
BICYCLES OR SCOOTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE FENCE. This facility is designed for skateboard & rollerblades only. Violations will result in a citation for trespass and possible seizure of equipment as per Medford Code #5.250. There is a bicycle facility south of the Highland parking lot.
AFTER-HOUR USE OR USE WHEN CLOSED will result in a trespass citation and possible seizure of equipment. Medford Code #5.250.
ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Be alert. Flying objects and bodies are not uncommon.
SPECTATORS should watch from the spectator area or outside the fence for safety.
KNOW YOUR ABILITIES AND SKATE WITHIN THEM. Exercise common sense and general courtesy to other users.
NO SOMERSAULTS OR 360 DEGREE ACTIONS ALLOWED.
DO NOT SKATE IF THE SURFACE IS WET.
SECURELY STRAPPED CERTIFIED/APPROVED HELMETS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. Those not wearing proper headgear will be required to leave, risk suspension of further park use, may be cited for trespass, and may have their equipment seized and forfeited.
PROPER USE OF PROTECTIVE GEAR IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
NO PROFANE OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE ALLOWED.
NO OBSTACLES, OTHER MATERIAL, GLASS, FOOD OR DRINK ON CONCRETE.
TAGGING OR GRAFFITI WILL CLOSE THE FACILITY, STICKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONCRETE AREA.
ALCOHOL, TOBACCO PRODUCTS, AND DRUGS ARE PROHIBITED.
PARK STAFF are here to help ensure your safety and enjoyment. They have the authority to enforce all rules including ejection from the facility. All City ordinances and park rules are enforced.
