Payments

Fines are due and payable when the fine is imposed. We accept cash, checks and Visa or MasterCard.  Sorry, checks are not accepted when a warrant or suspension request is in effect. 

Payments can be made several ways:

• ON-LINE by credit card. 
• IN PERSON at the court office during business hours.
• DROP BOX after hours - located outside of the City Hall Lausmann Annex.
• MAIL to Municipal Court, 411 W. 8th St., Medford, OR  97501.

Please do not make CASH payments through the mail or drop box. If paying by cash you should go to the clerk’s window during normal operating hours and obtain a receipt.

If you are experiencing a financial hardship, you may apply for a payment agreement with the court.
