Crater Lake Avenue and Owen Drive Intersection Improvements – Traffic Analysis and Design
Sealed proposals addressed to Cory Crebbin, Public Works Director, City of Medford, Oregon, endorsed “Crater Lake Avenue and Owen Drive Intersection Improvements – Traffic Analysis and Design,” will be received at the office of Public Works Engineering, 200 S. Ivy Street, Medford, OR 97501, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.
This Request for Proposals will be for engineering services to analyze and design new intersection controls at the intersection of Crater Lake Avenue and Owen Drive. The selected consultant will provide a report that analyzes up to five (5) different intersection control alternatives, and then design the selected alternative. The consultant will provide project management, survey, public involvement, utility coordination, geotechnical and pavement services, traffic engineering and management, roadway design, design acceptance package, final plans, specifications & estimate (PS&E), and bid award and assistance.
The proposal may be obtained Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at the City of Medford Engineering Office, 200 S. Ivy Street, Medford, OR 97501. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled on December 5, 2017, at 2:00 pm, to be held at the City of Medford Lausmann Annex, 200 S Ivy Street, Medford, OR, Room 151. Attendance is mandatory. Proposers may attend via teleconference by calling 1-541-774-2099, and using the access code 0109416 at the date and time listed above. The purpose of the conference is to provide additional information regarding this solicitation and to answer any questions Proposers may have. Proposers are cautioned that the official RFP requirements will change only by written addenda issued by City.
