The City of Medford is accepting proposals from qualified firms or individuals for Land Use Planning Consulting Services for the City of Medford Public Works Corona Avenue Facility. Proposal responses will be accepted through BidSync or paper document submitted to Jennifer Huston, Purchasing Agent, 411 West 8th Street, Room 380, Medford OR 97501, until 2:00 PM, PCT, July 24, 2018. Paper Proposals must be marked in the lower left corner “RFP 18-011 PW Land Use Planning Consultant Services “and include one (1) clearly marked original, five(5) copies and an electronic copy on a cd or thumb drive. FACSIMILE or EMAIL PROPOSALS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Late proposals will not be considered and will remain unopened.

The City of Medford reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities if it is deemed in the best interest of the public.
The City of Medford will consider the element of time and will accept the proposal which in their estimation will best serve the interests of the City. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the firm or individual whose proposal shall be best for the public good.
