REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CITY HALL & LAUSMANN ANNEX BOILER REPLACEMENT SECTION 1 – ANNOUNCEMENT
Sealed proposals addressed to Purchasing, City of Medford endorsed “RFP 20-003 FM Boiler Replacements” will be received at the office of Finance, City of Medford 411 W 8th Street, Medford, OR 97501, until 2:00 pm local time on August 20, 2020. Proposals must be marked in the lower left corner “RFP 20-003 FM Boiler Replacements”. Facsimile or email proposals are not acceptable. Late proposals will be kept by the City but not considered for award.
The City of Medford Facilities Management Division requests proposals from qualified firms to remove existing single boiler systems, procurement and installation of new redundant boiler systems, associated electrical and piping at both the City Hall and Lausmann Annex.
There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walk on August 4, 2020, at 9:00 am. Attendees will meet at the Lausmann Annex Parking lot located at 200 S. Ivy Street. Masks will be required to be worn by all attendees.
