Description: The City of Medford invites the submission of Proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor, (CM/GC), services to construct the Rogue Credit Union Community Complex (RCUCC) located in Medford, Oregon. Responses must be submitted electronically through Periscope S2G no later than 2:00 pm, PDT, January 29, 2021. Late proposals shall be rejected. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure responses to the RFP are submitted prior to the deadline.
