Description: The City of Medford invites the submission of Proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor, (CM/GC), services to construct the Rogue Credit Union Community Complex (RCUCC) located in Medford, Oregon.

Responses must be submitted electronically through Periscope S2G no later than 2:00 pm, PDT, January 29, 2021. Late proposals shall be rejected. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure responses to the RFP are submitted prior to the deadline.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities if it is deemed in the best interest of the public.
