Please provide hourly rates for hauling via dump trucks. Include pricing for Bobtails, Super Dumps, Mega Dumps, & Truck and Transfers. Please include any additional charges such as night work rates if available. Multiple contracts will be awarded.

Late proposals shall be rejected. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure responses to the RFQ are submitted prior to the deadline.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all quotes upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities if it is deemed in the best interest of the public. NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS ITB 21-001 PW in the City of Medford
The City of Medford will receive sealed bids until 2:00 PM, local time, May 4th, 2021, in the City of Medford Public Works Operations Office, located at 821 N Columbus Ave, Medford, Oregon for the procurement of asphalt concrete pavement (ACP) , level 2, ˝” ACP (either or both, Hot-mix and Warm-mix), level 3, ˝” (either or both, Hot-mix and Warm-mix) and “Forta-Fi” Asphalt Reinforcing Fiber additive, or approved equal procurement of asphalt concrete pavement (ACP).
As soon thereafter as possible, the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
Bidders will be required to attest as to whether they are resident or nonresident bidders in accordance with provision of ORS 279A.120. A percentage increase, as determined by the Department of General Services, will be added to non-resident’s bids for the purpose of determining the lowest qualified respondent.
The Contract, if awarded, is to be awarded to the lowest responsive, and responsible bidder.
This project contains no asbestos abatement work; thus the supplier/contractor/subcontractor(s) will not be required to be licensed by D.E.Q.
In accordance with ORS 279B.100 the City of Medford may cancel the procurement or reject any bid not in compliance with prescribed bidding procedures and requirements, or may reject for good cause any and all bids upon a finding by the City it is in the public interest to do so.

Sealed proposals, for a two year (2) contract for a qualified automotive repair contractor to provide fleet maintenance and tire services for the City of Medford Police Department will be received by the City of Medford, Purchasing, 411 W. 8th St., Room 380, Medford, Oregon, 97501, until 2:00 PM PT April 29, 2021.
