The City of Medford in conjunction with the Medford Water Commission will receive sealed proposals for Banking Services as described in the scope of work set forth herein. Proposals will be received by the City of Medford, by Kathy Ameral, City of Medford Purchasing Manager 411 W. 8th Street, Room 390 Medford, Oregon 97501, until 2:00 PM, local time, March 9, 2010. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 2:00 PM. Location of the meeting is City Hall – 411 W. 8th Street, Room 330, Medford, Oregon 97501. A representative from your institution MUST be present or your institution will not be eligible to submit a Proposal.
Responses will be opened publicly after the proposal closing at 2:00 PM local time March 9, 2010.
DESCRIPTION: The City of Medford in conjunction with the Medford Water Commission will receive sealed proposals for Banking Services as described in the scope of work set forth herein.
The Request for Proposal packet may be obtained from the office of the City of Medford Purchasing Manager, 411 W. 8th Street, Room 390, Medford, Oregon 97501, by calling (541) 774-2035, or from our website at www.ci.medford.or.us. Packets obtained from other sources are not valid documents and do not list you on the distribution list of packet holders.
In accordance with ORS 279B.100 the City of Medford and the Medford Water Commission may cancel the procurement or reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public Request for Proposal procedures and requirements, or may reject for good cause, any or all Proposals upon a finding of the City and the Commission that it is in the public interest to do so.
All respondents must state at the appropriate place in the proposal documents, whether or not the respondent is a resident as defined in ORS 279A.120. A percentage increase, as determined by the Department of General Services, will be added to non-resident's bids for the purpose of determining the lowest qualified respondent.
Proposals received after the time established for receiving proposals will not be considered. ORAL, TELEGRAPHIC, TELEPHONE, ELECTRONIC OR FACSIMILE PROPOSALS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Sealed proposals for a Design, Build and Operate the City of Medford’s Prescott Park Challenge Course will be received by the City of Medford, by Kathy Ameral, Purchasing Manager, 411 W. 8th Street, Room 390, Medford, Oregon 97501, until 11:00 am, local time, April 7, 2010.
As soon thereafter as possible, the proposals will be opened publicly.
DESCRIPTION: The City of Medford seeks to engage the contractor to render certain technical and/or professional services in connection with the design, construction, and operation of a Challenge Course at Prescott Park, further described in SECTION VI - DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS, and Sample Contract for the Prescott Park Challenge Course Operator’s Agreement, all bound within this request for proposal.
There will be an optional walk-through scheduled for March 24th, 2010 at 2:00 PM. We will meet at the second gate into Prescott Park, on the main entry road.
