Bear Creek Greenway Solar Street Lighting

The City of Medford is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms to provide equipment comprised of solar street lights for the Bear Creek Greenway. Sealed bids for the Bear Creek Greenway Solar Lighting may be submitted electronically through BidSync or by paper bid responses sealed and labeled with the project name and number, in the lower left corner will be accepted by Jennifer Huston, Purchasing Agent, City of Medford, 411 W 8th Street, Room 380, Medford, OR no later than 2:00 PM PST, September 26, 2019. It is wholly the responsibility of the respondent to ensure the bid is received by the designated date and time, no late bids shall be accepted. The bids shall be opened and read aloud immediately following.
DESCRIPTION: Provide complete solar street lights and control system. The specifications provide more detailed descriptions, and a comprehensive outline of all items to be provided under this contract. Specifications, and scope items to be included must be used in their entirety to develop a full understanding of the solar lights to be provided under this contract.

All proposers must state at the appropriate place in the bid documents, whether or not the proposer is a resident as defined in ORS 279A.120.
Neither the contractor nor his subcontractors will need an asbestos abatement license to perform the work set forth under this notice. See asbestos report with plan documents.
The City of Medford may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public proposal procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so. The City also reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid.
