The City of Medford Utility Billing Services section has moved to the first floor of City Hall. Staff will occupy first floor space vacated by the Medford Police Department. With this move, the City Information window will return and an Americanís with Disabilities Act (ADA) window will be added.
In-person utility payments can be made at 411 W. 8th Street. There are no changes to online and telephone payment options.
The City of Medford utility bill includes the following utility fees:

Residential customers' utility fees are all flat-rate. The City utility bill will not change from month-to-month, unless there is a rate change approved by City Council. The average monthly bill for a single family customer is $45.92.
Non-Residential customers' utility fees are also flat-rate with the exception of sewer. The sewer utility fee is determined by the amount of water usage.
Utility fee refunds that are less than $5.00 must be requested in writing. Requests can be made by calling (541) 774-2030 or fill out and submit a refund request form.
