70. Ordinances and Resolutions 70.1 COUNCIL BILL 2021-21- SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE amending page 20 of the Rules and Regulations for Executive and Non‑Represented Employees and approving an amended Salary Schedule for Executive Employees effective July 1, 2021.
70.2 COUNCIL BILL 2021-22 AN ORDINANCE approving and awarding a contract with Intermountain Slurry Seal, Inc., in the amount of $144,144.00, to perform slurry seal maintenance on 20 street sections in the City of Medford.
70.3 COUNCIL BILL 2021-23 AN ORDINANCE amending Sections 5.257 and 5.990 of the Medford Municipal Code relating to prohibited camping, lying and sleeping on publicly-owned and publicly‑controlled property.

80.1 COUNCIL BILL 2021-24 AN ORDINANCE approving an amendment to the Medford Comprehensive Plan, to adopt the Urbanization Plan into the Neighborhood Element of the Comprehensive Plan for three parcels totaling approximately 37.5 acres, located on the southeast corner of Garfield Street and South Holly Street. 80.2 COUNCIL BILL 2021-25 AN ORDINANCE proclaiming annexation to the City of Medford of a tract of land located at the southeast corner of Garfield Street and South Holly Street, consisting of three parcels totaling approximately 37.5 acres. The annexation changes the Jackson County zoning designation of Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) to City holding zone designation SFR-00 (Single-Family Residential, one dwelling unit per lot), and removes the property from Medford Rural Fire Protection District #2. (Tax Lots 371W31D TL 2300 & 2400; and 371W31CD TL 600) (File No. ANNX-20-368) (Land Use, Quasi-Judicial)
80.3 COUNCIL BILL 2021-26 AN ORDINANCE proclaiming annexation to the City of Medford of portions of 15 properties, totaling 4.06 acres (177,063 square feet), to accommodate widening of North Foothill Road, running north/south from Delta Waters Road to Hillcrest Road; a portion of Delta Waters Road west of North Foothill Road (approximately 175 feet); and the future South Stage Road, running approximately 1,000 feet west of North Phoenix Road. The annexation changes current County zoning designations of Exclusive Farm Use (EFU), RR-5, and Open Space Reserve (OSR) to City holding zone SFR-00 (Single-Family Residential, one dwelling unit per existing lot) and the annexed areas will be removed from Medford Rural Fire Protection District #2.
