This community participates in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The NFIP makes federally backed flood insurance available for all buildings, whether they are in a floodplain or not. Flood insurance covers direct loss caused by surface flooding, including a river flowing over its banks, a lake and local drainage problems.

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is a US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirement related to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the 2012 program year. The report summarizes the individual project status of those improvements and activities funded with HUD entitlement funds for the program year July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. Projects in this report are capital improvements, public service operating grants and fair housing activities.

The Action Plan is an annual document required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development that describes the projects and related community development activities to be funded with Community Development Block Grant funds. This document describes the projects and activities for the 2013 Program Year.
Do I need a Film Permit? Unless you are filming in a licensed film studio, a valid Film Permit issued by the City Managerís Office is required for all shoots on public and private property. Even if the location is a private residence or business, a Film Permit is required.
Procedures: Complete the application forms and submit them to the City Managerís office for review and endorsement.
