The investigation has been forward to the Jackson County District Attorney's office.

On January 25th, at approximately 2:47am, a Medford Police officer observed a silver 2016 Honda CRV, traveling northbound on Riverside Avenue approaching McAndrews at a very high rate of speed. The officer initiated a traffic stop at North Pacific Highway near Lynn Street. The vehicle, driven by 43 year old Kerrina Stevens, came to a stop. The officer was able to deploy Spike Strips, and disable both driver side tires; however, Stevens continued to drive recklessly through the parking lot and exited back onto Highway 238 through the complex landscaping.
Additional officers, who had responded to the area in an effort to stop the vehicle, observed Steven's continuing to drive recklessly southbound on Court Street, toward downtown Medford.
