Updated City Council Meeting Procedures in Response to COVID-19

Medford City Council ChambersThe City is implementing a number of social distancing measures for tomorrow’s City Council meeting that will be held as scheduled, at 6 pm in City Hall.

Community members are strongly encouraged to live stream the Council meeting (https://bit.ly/33rfS4S) instead of attending in person.

There will be no general public comment. Please send written public comment to council@cityofmedford.org.

Oral testimony related to Council Bill 2020-34 and Council Bill 2020-35 will be accepted during the public hearing. You can also send written testimony to council@cityofmedford.org before 5 pm
 on Thursday, March 19.

For members of the public who do not have access to the internet, we will be live-streaming the meeting in a public room at City Hall. Capacity for this room will be monitored and social distancing measures will be implemented.

We appreciate the public’s patience and understanding as we work to respond to this rapidly evolving situation.
