City Launches Beta to Preview New Website and Gather Feedback

The City of Medford has launched a Beta to preview its new website.The beta features a handful of key webpages so community members can experience some of the planned changes and share input to help ensure the new site best serves the public. The full site will launch in Spring 2021.
The new website is shaped by user input, research and testing. The website is designed to be:
- user-centered and service-driven;
- intuitive and easy to use;
- modern and visually engaging; and
- built on user research and feedback.
