Create Your Fire Escape Plan!

Fire Escape Plan Example

Home Fire Escape Plans are so important to us, we spend two months each year teaching 4th grade students how to create one.

Our goal is for every Medford household to prepare a home fire escape plan and practice their plan regularly with the entire family.

Please print a copy of our blank home escape plan and begin working towards making your family safer today!

For more information, please contact the Fire & Life Safety Division at 541-774-2300, we are happy to help.
