The City received a $3 million federal grant and a $10 million Oregon Transportation Infrastructure Bank loan for this $13 million project to widen Foothill Road from Hillcrest Road to E. McAndrews Road.
The plan set is currently 30% complete and will be submitted to Oregon Department of Transportation for review. Property appraisals that are needed for right-of-way acquisition are scheduled to be delivered by May 2018. Right-of-way acquisition will begin immediately thereafter. Staff is working with utility companies to determine cost and schedule for facility relocations.
